Homeblown high density (HD) foam

Supplied in high density sheets or CNC’ed custom shapes our foam has many uses in other industries beyond surfing, such as architecture, advertising, automotive prototyping, yacht building, model building and 3D signage.

The HD foam is extremely water resistant due to the very fine closed cell structure and is available in various densities: the denser the foam the higher the definition achievable when cut. Our foam is also compatible with all paint and resin media.

The foam formula is based on MDI, the least harmful alternative in isocyanates, and has been formulated in-house over the last 10 years. The closed cell structure makes a perfect substrate for CNC’ing, routing and sculpting; giving a smooth clean finish suitable for multiple applications.
